- Guest are able to invite the visitor to come to the villas with regulations time maximum until 12 PM
- Visitors are not allowed to visit after 12 PM without confirmation or approval from the Receptionist and Security.
- The visitor stayed more than 12 PM will be applied additional charge 1 night stay or additional person charge based on rate confirm
- Extra bed request base on availability or requested
- Visitor would be reported their ID to Receptionists or Security
- Check out time is 12 o’clock
- Please make extra bill payments one day before checking out
- If the key is lost or damaged, additional fees will apply
- If the towels or kimono are stained with makeup or any stains, a spot fee will be charged
