1. Reservation Confirmation
- We require full payment in advance once the booking has been made
- Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation to your email address once the payment is received
2. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
- Early/Late Check In Requests: Subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
3. Occupancy
- Max Occupancy: Four adults and two children.
- Guest Registration: All guests must be registered at booking. The primary guest must be 18 or older.
4. Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of IDR 1,000,000 is required upon arrival. Payment will be taken in cash. The funds will be refunded upon check-out. Your deposit will be fully refunded in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
5. House Rules
- No Smoking: Inside the villa.
- No Pets: Unless previously arranged.
- Noise: Respect neighborhood peace; no excessive noise.
6. Force Majeure
- Natural Disasters: In the event of natural disasters or other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of the guest or the villa (e.g., hurricanes, earthquakes, pandemics), the guest may be eligible for a full refund or a credit towards a future stay.
- Documentation Required: Appropriate documentation may be required to qualify for a force majeure cancellation.
7. Early Departure
- No Refund for Early Departure: Guests who depart earlier than the scheduled check-out date will not be entitled to a refund for the unused nights.
Modification of Reservation
- Change Requests: Any changes to the reservation (e.g., dates, number of guests) must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.
- Additional Charges: Changes that result in an increased rate or additional charges must be paid at the time the modification is confirmed.
