Dear Guest, Please note the following term and condition:
- Check-in from 2:00 PM | Check-out at 12:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
- All room rates are subject to 21% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
- Security Deposit : A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in: IDR 300,000 for Suites and IDR 1,000,000 for Villas, secured by cash, credit card authorization, or valid ID. The deposit or held ID covers damages, missing items, smoking violations, or unpaid charges. The deposit may be secured by cash or credit card authorization.
- In the absence of a cash or credit card deposit, a valid Passport or ID (KTP) must be submitted and held by the Hotel as a temporary guarantee in lieu of the deposit.
- All Suites and Villas are strictly non-smoking. A penalty of IDR 300,000 will be charged if smoking evidence is found.
- For the comfort of all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances are not permitted at any time.
- Parties, events, loud gatherings, and external sound systems are strictly prohibited without prior written approval from Management. Violations may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
- Pets are not permitted on the property unless prior written approval is granted by Management.
- The Hotel assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the safe where available.
- Unclaimed items will be retained for up to 3 (three) months, after which they may be donated or discarded.
- Cash deposits are refundable only at check-out and only to the registered guest. My signature authorizes the Hotel to charge my credit card for accommodation, incidental charges, penalties, or damages incurred during my stay.
